6-Month Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:

• This 6-month warranty ("Warranty") covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for watches sold by Murphy Johnson Watches Co. ("Seller"). This Warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Customer").

2. Warranty Period:

• The Warranty period is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. What is Covered:

• The Warranty covers the repair or replacement of components or mechanisms that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Warranty period.
• Battery replacement is covered for the first 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. What is Not Covered:

• This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading.
  • Water damage, unless the watch is explicitly labeled as water-resistant.
  • Loss or theft of the watch.
  • Battery replacement after the initial 30-day period.
  • Damage caused by accidents or acts of nature.

5. Warranty Claim Process:

• To initiate a Warranty claim, the Customer must:
  • Contact the Seller or an authorized service center and provide proof of purchase.
  • Describe the issue and, if possible, provide photographs of the defect.
• The Seller or authorized service center will evaluate the claim and determine whether it falls within the Warranty coverage.

6. Resolution of Warranty Claims:

• If the claim is approved, the Seller will, at its discretion:
  • Repair the watch, using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the watch with a similar model if repair is not feasible.
• The Warranty claim resolution process may take up to 30 days.
