The "Day-Date 40" was introduced in 2015. It boasts a large case diameter of 41mm, down 1mm in size from the Day-Date II, and has been redesigned with a 40mm case diameter. It is equipped with Rolex's new generation high-performance movement, the "Caliber 3255," developed in-house by Rolex. It has obtained 14 patents and offers exceptional precision, power reserve, shock resistance, and magnetic resistance, showcasing Rolex's technological prowess in various aspects. The case, made of yellow gold, features a white Roman dial, exuding a luxurious atmosphere.
